Environment: Continental climate softened by the Mediterranean influence, with an average annual temperature of 15 degrees and a Mediterranean type rainfall regime.

Harvest and vinification
Harvest: Picked by hand and mechanical between mid-August and mid-September
Pre-Fermentative operations: In orde to avoid oxidation, a direct pressing is carried out with cold racking.
Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.
Post-Fermentative operations: Work on its lees in stainless steel tanks
Fermentation temperature: 12-15 ºC
Vinification: Clarifiers are from vegetable origin, which makes it suitable for vegan consumers.
Residual Sugar: 0 g/l
Acidity: 5.8 g/l
Volatil acidity: 0.3 g/l
Angosto White is pure Mediterranean flavor at its best, straw yellow in color, when tasting one is pleasantly surprised by an intense, clear flavor that brings to mind fruit, mango, apple, passion fruit and citrus fruits. The initial taste is silky, complex and fresh due to the balance acidity.
Conservation and Consuption: The temperature of conservation and consumption of this wine should be around 15 ºC. It is important for it to be constant, avoiding thermal jumps. It mus protected from light sources. It is recommended to be consumed at a temperature of 12 ºC.
The wine is an ideal accompaniment to shellfish, fish and salads.
