Environment: Continental climate softened by the Mediterranean influence, with an average annual temperature of 15 ºC and a Mediterranean type rainfall regime

Harvest: Picked by hand and mechanical between mid August and mid September
Pre-Fermentative Operations: In order to avoid oxidation, a direct pressing is carried out with cold racking
Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with selected yeast, fermentative stop in order to leave residual sugar
Post-Fermentative Operations: Microfiltration to avoid possible refermentations
Fermentation Temperature: 10 – 12 ºC
Vinification: Clarifiers are from a vegetable origin, which makes it suitable for vegan consumers
Alcohol: 12.00% By Vol
Residual Sugar: 8 – 10 g/l
Acidity: 5, 8-6 g/l
Volatile Acidity: 0,3 g/l
The color is straw yellow, clean and bright. The nose features a large varietal expression of white flowers, orange blossom, citrus and light tropical touches. The palate is fresh and juicy, pronounced floral and musky character, citrus fruit, marshmallow notes, lemongrass.
In the Table
The temperature of conservation of this wine should be around 15 ºC, it is important for it to be constant, avoiding thermal jumps. It must be protected from light sources.
A fine delicate and well balanced wine, making it the ideal accompaniment to all kinds of rice, fish and seafood dishes. Best served at: 7 – 10 ºC.
