Color cereza, borde violáceo. Aroma fruta fresca, fruta roja, floral. De estructura tánica equilibrada. En boca sabroso, frutoso, buena acidez, taninos maduros.

SERVIDO:
La temperatura de servicio 14 y 16º C. De esta manera LA TRIBU Monastrell - Syrah, da amplio juego y combina con asados, carnes, cazas, guisos, gazpacho manchego, cocas de tomate.
PRESENTACIÓN: Botella 50cl,75cl.
EDAD DEL VIÑEDO: 6 años.
VINIFICACIÓN: Fermentación alcohólica (28º) durante dos semanas, con remontadas diarias y remontadas ligeras.
CRIANZA: 2 meses en barricas de roble francés.
VINIFICATION PROCESS: alcoholic fermentation (28º) during two weeks, with light shakes.
VINEYARDS: They are mainly slope lands, sandy structure, poor in organic matter and with high levels of limestone.
TASTING NOTES: Deep red colour, very opaque. In the nose it has Intense and complex aromas over a ripe red fruits’ background. With a well-balanced tannic structure. In the mouth it is dense, fleshy and with an aftertaste in which we can find some toasted hints.
It is a wine with originality and personality that will not keep anyone impassive.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: The best temperature in which this wine should be served is between14 y 16º C.
