| VINIFICACIÓN:
Vendimia manual recolectada en cajas de 12 Kls. Fermentación a temperatura controlada (26º) durante 2 semanas. Fermentación maloláctica en barricas nuevas de roble francés. Crianza posterior durante 10 meses.
IMPRESIONES DEL ELABORADOR
En vista cereza brillante. Se aprecia aroma fruta madura, especies dulces, roble cremoso, expresivo.
Boca sabrosa, frutoso, tostado, taninos maduros.
SERVIDO entre 16-18ºC, el Angosto da un amplio juego y combina con asados, carnes y quesos, tolera el maridaje con pescados en salsa.
PRESENTACION:
Botella 75cl, 150cl VINIFICATION PROCESS: selected grapes collected in 10 Kgs cases, alcoholic fermentation (28º) during two in stain-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
AGEING: 8 months in French oack barrels.
VINEYARDS: Limy stony poor in organic matter.
TASTING NOTES: Dark cherry color with violet hints. Surprising on the nose with fine toasty notes that came from the envelonping and lasting in the mouth, where the aromas found in the nose return, meaty with very soft tannis, silk and smooth.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: The best temperature in which this wine should be served is between 15 and 18 º C.
BEST MEALS: Is ideal for meet (such us beef, chicken, pork, ) Minced turkey with jasmine rice. Roasted pumpkin
